电解分析法对金属铜含量的测定分析

摘要 传统的金属铜含量测定分析方法能够有效的完成金属铜含量测定工作,但存在着测定成本高、测定质量低的问题,为此,提出了基于电解分析法的金属铜含量的测定方法。利用金属铜本身的电化学性质来测量其金属含量;将电极电位控制在220V上下,保持一个稳定的电极电位;控制好其电流密度,把电流密度始终控制在100A到200A之间;利用稳定剂控制电极电位稳定;通过实验论证得出,本文所研究的基于电解分析法的金属铜含量的测定方法具有一定的应用价值,金属铜含量测定效率较高,高达89%。 The traditional method for determination and analysis of metallic copper content can effectively complete the determination of metallic copper content, but there are problems of high measurement cost and low measurement quality. Therefore, a method for determining the content of metallic copper based on electrolytic analysis is proposed. The electrochemical properties of the metal copper itself are used to measure the metal content;the electrode potential is controlled at 220V to maintain a stable electrode potential;the current density is controlled, and the current density is always controlled between 100A and 200A;The potential of the control electrode is stable. It is proved by experiments that the method for determining the content of metallic copper based on electrolytic analysis has certain application value.The determination efficiency of metallic copper content is high, up to 89%.
