冶炼法和扩散法添加Dy对HDDR NdFeB各项异性磁粉性能影响的研究

摘要 通过磁体的磁性能测试,比较采用冶炼法和扩散法在HDDR各项异性NdFeB磁粉中加入Dy元素对磁体iHc、Br和(BH)max的影响。通过比较发现,采用冶炼法添加Dy,随Dy的加入量的增加iHc略有升高,但是Br和(BH)max则明显降低。而采用扩散的方法加入Dy,随Dy的加入工艺参数的调整,可以明显提高矫顽力的同时,使剩磁不出现明显的降低。 By testing the magnetic properties of magnets, the effects of adding Dy element into anisotropic NdFeB powders of HDDR by smelting method and diffusion method on iHc, Br and (BH) max of magnets were compared. By comparison, it is found that iHc increases slightly with the increase of Dy addition, but Br and (BH) Max decrease significantly. The coercivity can be improved obviously by adding Dy by diffusion, and the remanence can not be reduced obviously by adjusting the process parameters of adding Dy.
