摘要
随着工业的发展,我国金属材料的热处理技术也在不断更新和发展,但基础处理工艺容易使金属在热处理过程中发生变形,因此,提出金属材料热变形原因及处理工艺优化研究。通过分析金属材料产生热变形的原因,对金属材料处理工艺进行优化研究,根据金属材料的膨胀系数来分析金属材料发生变形的概率,制定金属材料处理工艺优化实验,为金属热处理工作提供技术支持。
With the development of industry, the heat treatment technology of metal materials in our country is constantly updated and developed, but the basic treatment process easily causes metal deformation in the heat treatment process. Therefore, the causes of thermal deformation of metal materials and the optimization of treatment process are put forward. By analyzing the causes of thermal deformation of metal materials, the processing technology of metal materials is optimized. According to the expansion coefficient of metal materials, the probability of deformation of metal materials is analyzed, and the optimization experiment of processing technology of metal materials is worked out, which provides technical support for the work of metal heat treatment..
