摘要
经济社会的发展使得锌浸出渣的生产规模逐步扩大,但是人们生活质量的提高又对挥发窑烟气收尘工艺提出了更高的质量要求,企业在生产过程中越来越追求生产的经济、环保与可持续,以求实现可持续发展,尽量减轻生产对环境质量等的不利影响。锌浸出渣一般采用挥发窑系统来处理烟气,使烟气的排放满足国家的相关标准,实现清洁无污染生产。本文从锌浸出渣挥发窑存在的主要问题着手,分析了烟气收尘工艺设计方案,有利于实现清洁生产,促进可持续发展的进行。
With the development of economy and society,the production scale of zinc leaching residue is gradually enlarged,but the improvement of people's quality of life has put forward higher quality requirements for the flue gas dust collection process of volatile kiln.Enterprises are increasingly pursuing the economy,environmental protection and sustainability of production in order to achieve sustainable development and minimize the adverse effects of production on environmental quality.Zinc leaching residue is usually treated by volatile kiln system to meet the relevant national standards and achieve clean and pollution-free production.Starting from the main problems existing in zinc leaching residue volatilization kiln,this paper analyses the design scheme of flue gas dust collection process,which is conducive to achieving cleaner production and promoting sustainable development.
