摘要
采用化学沉淀法以氯化铈和氯化钇为原料,用碳酸氢铵作为沉淀剂制备了具有良好抛光性能的无氟片状稀土抛光粉。使用X-射线衍射、扫描电镜及马尔文激光粒度仪,研究了样品的结构组成、微观形貌及粒度分布特征,并考察了钇含量对样品形貌的影响。结果表明:当样品中钇添加量为20%时,形貌为规则的片状结构,粒径分布均匀且较小,松装密度为0.36g/cm^3,抛光性能优于常规抛光粉。
Using cerium chloride and yttrium chloride as raw materials,Fluorine-free flake rare earth polishing powder with good polishing properties was prepared with ammonium bicarbonate as precipitant.Using X-ray diffraction,scanning electron microscopy and malvern laser particle size analyzer,The structural composition,microstructure and particle size distribution of the samples were studied.The effect of yttrium content on the morphology of the sample was also investigated.The results indicate that;When the amount of yttrium in the sample is 20%,The morphology is a regular lamellar structure,Particle size distribution is uniform and small,Loose packing density is 0.36g/cm^3,The polishing performance is better than conventional polishing powder.
