摘要
纯净度对高合金材料性能具有重要影响,针对低碳高合金P91的特殊使用工况,提高纯净度及改善材料使用性能。本研究通过制定电弧炉(EAF)冶炼过程中控碳、出材料过程中碳粉预脱氧、LF精炼过程中全程扩散脱氧、VD真空脱气及其后的软吹处理等工艺措施,使P91中的T[O]含量稳定控制在(12~20)ppm;A、C类夹杂物≤1级;B、D类夹杂物≤1.5级,且A+B+C+D≤3.5级。
Purity has an important influence on the properties of high alloy materials.In view of the special working conditions of low carbon high alloy P91,the purity and performance of materials are improved.In this study,the technological measures such as controlling carbon in EAF smelting process,pre-deoxidation of carbon powder in material extraction process,full diffusion deoxidation in LF refining process,VD vacuum degassing and soft blowing treatment were formulated to stabilize the T[O]content in P91 at(12~20)ppm,A and C inclusions at<1 grade,B and D inclusions at<1.5 grade,and A+B+C+D at<3.5 grade.
