辽宁省山洪灾害调查评价成果应用系统研究

Study on application system of mountain torrent disaster survey and evaluation achievement of Liaoning Province

2013-2015年辽宁省在有山洪灾害防治任务的55个县区开展了山洪灾害调查评价工作,获得了类型多样、结构复杂、数据量巨大的成果数据。为使山洪灾害调查评价成果数据能够充分运用到山洪灾害防御和防汛指挥调度工作中,基于山洪灾害调查评价成果数据,利用信息化技术开展了辽宁省山洪灾害调查评价成果应用系统研究。文中详细介绍了系统平台的总体设计、主要功能及应用实例等情况。山洪灾害调查评价成果数据的有效利用,能够清楚、直观对各类山洪灾害调查评价成果,进行查询展示,为防汛会商和指挥调度提供了基础数据支撑,提升了防汛抢险救援的时效性。

The survey and evaluation work for mountain torrent disaster was carried out in 55 counties and districts which has mountain torrent disaster control work task in Liaoning province from 2013 to 2015, the achievement data with various types, complex structure and huge amount are obtained. In order to make full use of the achievement data into the mountain torrent disaster control and flood control command regulation work, based on the achievement data and information technology, the mountain torrent disaster survey and evaluation achievement application system is built. The paper introduces in detail the overall design, main functions and application example of the system platform. The mountain torrent disaster survey and evaluation achievement data could be clearly and intuitively queried and displayed. Therefore, the effective utilization of the data provided basic data could provide the support for flood control consultation and command regulation and promote the timeliness for the flood control emergency rescue.
