小儿咳喘灵颗粒口服联合布地奈德吸入治疗儿童轻中度支气管哮喘疗效及对FeNO影响 被引量:8

Effect of pediatric cough granules combined with budesonide inhalation on mild to moderate bronchial asthma in children and its effect on FeNO

摘要 目的探讨小儿咳喘灵颗粒口服联合布地奈德吸入治疗轻度儿童支气管哮喘疗效及对FeNO影响。方法选择我院儿科门诊确诊为儿童轻中度支气管哮喘150例,采用随机数字法按就诊顺序分为观察组1、观察组2和对照组,各50例。对照组给予硫酸沙丁氨醇片口服,观察组1给予硫酸沙丁氨醇片口服联合布地奈德吸入治疗;观察组2给予小儿咳喘灵颗粒联合布地奈德吸入治疗,疗程均7d,7d后评价临床症状、FeNO浓度和有效率。结果三组咳嗽消失时间、喘息消失时间、哮鸣音消失时间比较,差异有显著性(F=9.36、5.42、28.20,P<0.01);三组治疗后FeNO水平比较,差异有显著性(F=31.02,P<0.01);观察组1均较对照组显著降低(t=4.96,P<0.01),而观察组2均较对照组下降更明显(t=8.26,P<0.01);观察组2均较观察组1明显下降(t=2.38,P<0.05),三组总有效率比较,差异有显著性(χ^2=18.61,P<0.01)。结论小儿咳喘灵颗粒口服联合布地奈德吸入治疗儿童支气管哮喘急性发作,可显著降低FeNO浓度,显著减轻咳嗽喘息症状。 Objective To investigate the effect of pediatric cough granules combined with budesonide inhalation on mild bronchial asthma in children and its effect on FeNO.Methods A total of 150 children with mild to moderate bronchial asthma diagnosed in the pediatric outpatient department of our hospital were enrolled.They were divided into observation group 1,observation group 2 and control group according to the randomized digital method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was given salbutamol sulfate tablets orally.The observation group 1 was given oral salbutamol sulfate inhalation combined with budesonide inhalation.The observation group 2 was given pediatric cough granules combined with budesonide inhalation treatment.The course of treatment was 7 days.Clinical symptoms,FeNO concentration and effective rate were evaluated after 7 days.Results The disappearance time of cough,the disappearance time of wheezing and the disappearance time of wheezing sound between 3 groups were significantly different(F=9.36,5.42,28.20,P<0.01).There was significant difference in FeNO levels between the 3 groups after treatment(F=31.02,P<0.01).The above indicators of the observation group 1 were significantly lower than those in the control group(t=4.96,P<0.01),while the decline of the observation group 2 was more significant than that of the control group(t=8.26,P<0.01).The decline of the observation group 2 was more significant than that of the observation group 1(t=2.38,P<0.05).There was significant difference in the total effective rate between the three groups(χ^2=18.61,P<0.01).Conclusion Pediatric cough granules combined with budesonide inhalation in the treatment of acute bronchial asthma in children can significantly reduce the concentration of FeNO and significantly reduce the symptoms of cough and wheezing.
