我国乳腺癌快速康复外科研究的文献计量学分析

Bibliometric analysis of rapid rehabilitation surgery for breast cancer in China

目的探讨快速康复理念在我国乳腺癌外科领域的应用现状及发展趋势,为今后我国乳腺癌快速康复外科领域的深入研究提供理论参考及数据支持。方法检索中国生物医学文献数据库、中国期刊全文数据库、维普中文科技期刊数据库、万方学术论文数据库四大数据库从建库至2018年8月20日有关我国乳腺癌快速康复外科研究相关文献,并进行计量学分析。结果本研究纳入符合标准的文献共39篇,发表文献量年份分布总体上呈上升趋势;发表文献的期刊分布较为分散,仅有9篇文献刊载在护理类期刊上,占总发表文献量的23.08%;所纳入的文献共有120位作者,由两个及以上作者合作完成的文献有30篇,合著率为76.92%;江苏省和湖北省发表文献量最多;受基金资助的文献量较少,仅有8篇(20.51%),且皆为省市级基金资助;文献研究设计类型主要是实验性研究32篇(82.05%),类实验性研究4篇(10.26%),描述性研究2篇(5.13%),其他1篇(2.56%)。结论乳腺癌快速康复外科在我国虽然发展缓慢,但大体上仍是当前临床研究热点,但在地区间发展不均衡,各地区对快速康复外科在乳腺癌应用方面的科研投入存在着明显的差距,国内刊载纳入文献的主要期刊分布也较为分散,发表文献期刊影响因子处于偏低的水平,所以今后应加强乳腺癌快速康复外科研究力度,多领域跨地区进行学术交流,大力开展多中心、大样本、高质量的研究,以促进我国乳腺癌快速康复外科研究的发展。

Objective To explore the application status and development trend of rapid rehabilitation concept in the field of breast cancer surgery in China,and to provide theoretical reference and data support for the in-depth study of breast cancer rapid rehabilitation surgery in China.Methods Literature on the rapid rehabilitation surgery of breast cancer up to August 20,2018 in China was searched and analyzed in the SinoMed Database,CNKI Database,CqVIP Database,and Wanfang Database.Results 39 articles were included,and the distribution of published literatures showed an overall upward trend.The distribution of journals was generally scattered.Only 9 articles were published in nursing journals,accounting for 23.08%.There were 120 authors in these literature,30 articles were written by two or more authors,and the co-author rate was 76.92%.Authors from Jiangsu and Hubei published the largest number of articles.A small amount of studies(only 8,20.51%)were funded,and were all funded by provincial and municipal funds.The literature research design types were mainly experimental research[32(82.05%)],quasi-experimental research[4(10.26%)],descriptive research[2(5.13%)],and other[1(2.56%)].Conclusion The development of rapid rehabilitation of breast cancer is slow in China,but it is still a hot spot in clinical research.However,there is an uneven development between regions.The research input varies in different provinces.The distribution of journals is scattered,and the impact factors are at a low level.Therefore,in the future,the research on rapid rehabilitation of breast cancer should be strengthened,academic exchanges in various fields should be conducted,and multi-center,large-sample,high-quality research should be carried out to promote the development of rapid rehabilitation surgery research on breast cancer in China.
