瑞巴派特三联疗法对胃溃疡伴胃出血患者的临床疗效研究

Clinical efficacy of rebamipide triple therapy in patients with gastric ulcer and gastric hemorrhage

目的探讨瑞巴派特三联疗法对胃溃疡伴胃出血患者的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析我院2016年3月~2018年3月收治的、符合纳入标准的胃溃疡伴胃出血患者120例。采用随机数字表法分为对照组(n=60)和观察组(n=60)。对照组采用奥美拉唑肠溶胶囊+铝碳酸镁治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上加用瑞巴派特。两组均治疗12周。收集并分析两组患者近期临床疗效、临床症状评分、再出血情况及不良反应情况。结果观察组腹痛、腹胀、嗳气、呕血/便血缓解时间均短于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01);观察组近期临床总有效率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后再出血发生率及临床症状评分均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论瑞巴特派三联疗法能改善胃溃疡伴胃出血患者临床症状,不增加不良反应,临床疗效确切。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Rebamipide triple therapy in patients with gastric ulcer and gastric hemorrhage.Methods A total of 120 patients with gastric ulcer and gastric hemorrhage admitted in our hospital who met the inclusion criteria from March 2016 to March 2018 were retrospectively analyzed.They were divided into control group(n=60)and observation group(n=60)according to the random number table method.The control group was treated with omeprazole enteric-coated capsules+magnesium aluminocarbonate,and the observation group was supplemented with rebamipide on the basis of the treatment in the control group.Both groups were treated for 12 weeks.The recent clinical efficacy,clinical symptom score,rebleeding and adverse reactions of the two groups were collected and analyzed.Results The remission time of abdominal pain,abdominal distension,hernia,hematemesis/conjunctival in the observation group was shorter than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).The recent total clinical effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of rebleeding and clinical symptom scores in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Rebamipide triple therapy can improve the clinical symptoms of patients with gastric ulcer and gastric hemorrhage,without increasing adverse reactions,and the clinical curative effect is exact.
