柴胡桂枝汤联合冲击波治疗肩袖损伤的临床疗效观察

Clinical observation of Chaihu Guizhi decoction combined with shock wave in the treatment of rotator cuff injury

目的探讨柴胡桂枝汤联合冲击波治疗肩袖损伤的效果。方法选取本院2017年1月~2018年1月在我院因肩袖损伤进行治疗的100例患者作为研究对象,根据治疗的时间先后进行编号后采用随机数字法分组,分为观察组和对照组,每组各50例,其中观察组采用柴胡桂枝汤联合冲击波疗法,而对照组单独采用冲击波疗法。1疗程后对两组患者的疼痛评分、关节活动度、肩关节评分和治疗疗效进行观察比较分析。结果两组患者治疗后VAS评分和UCLA评分均显著优于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组治疗的VAS评分和UCLA评分均显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者治疗后关节活动度均显著优于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组治疗后关节活动度显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的治疗总有效率为98.0%,显著高于对照组的86.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在冲击波疗法上加用柴胡桂枝汤可以有效治疗肩袖损伤,缓解疼痛同时,疗效更优,值得在临床上进行推广使用。

Objective To investigate the effect of Chaihu Guizhi decoction combined with shock wave on rotator cuff injury.Methods 100 patients who were treated for rotator cuff injury in our hospital from January 2017 to January 2018 were enrolled in the study.The patients were numbered according to the time of treatment,and grouped by random number method.The patients were divided into control group and the control group,with 50 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with Chaihu Guizhi decoction combined with shock wave therapy,while the control group was treated with shock wave therapy alone.After 1 course of treatment,the pain score,joint mobility,shoulder joint score and therapeutic effect between two groups were observed and compared.Results The VAS scores and UCLA scores of the two groups after treatment were significantly better than those before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The VAS score and UCLA score of the observation group were significantly better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The joint mobility of the two groups after treatment was significantly better than that before treatment.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The joint activity in the observation group after treatment was significantly better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 98.0%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(86.0%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The Chaihu Guizhi decoction combined with shock wave therapy can effectively treat rotator cuff injury,relieve pain,and has better curative effect.It is worthy of clinical promotion.
