乡村振兴战略下特色小镇带动城乡融合发展研究——以河北省石家庄市为例

Integration of Urban and Rural Development Driven by Characteristic Towns Under the Strategy of Rural Revitalization: A Case Study of Shijiazhuang City, Hebei Province

特色小镇是城乡之间的纽带及乡村产业的支点,是发展经济的新业态、新动能、新载体,是乡村振兴的重要支撑,对加快城乡融合发展意义重大。乡村振兴战略背景下石家庄市特色小镇存在产业功能融合不足、主题规划缺乏差异性、社区功能薄弱等突出问题,应借鉴国外特色小镇促进乡村振兴的先进经验,探索石家庄市特色小镇建设带动城乡融合发展的新途径和创新对策,促进以培育特色小镇引领乡村振兴,带动创新创业,促进农民增收和生活富裕。

Small characteristic towns are link between urban and rural areas and the fulcrum of rural industries.As a new business form,new driver and new carrier of economic development,small characteristic tows are important support for the revitalization of rural areas.It has a great significance for accelerating the integration of urban and rural development.Under the background of"rural revitalization strategy",the characteristic town of Shijiazhuang has prominent problems such as insufficient integration of industrial functions,lack of difference in theme planning and weak community functions.Based on advanced experiences of the foreign small characteristic towns,it explores a new path and innovation countermeasures for Shijiazhuang characteristic towns to drive the development of urban and rural integration,promoting to cultivate small characteristic towns leading the revitalization of rural areas,drive innovation and entrepreneurship,and increase the farmers'incomes and better life.
