双眼白内障分次手术患者围术期感受的临床研究

摘要 目的探讨分析双眼白内障手术患者分次手术围术期感受及生命体征变化。方法选择2017年1~12月100例双眼年龄相关性白内障患者,分别两次择期行超声乳化吸除并人工晶体植入术。根据手术时间,将第一次手术组列为A组,第二次手术组列为B组。分别观察手术时患者血流动力学情况、脉搏、血氧饱和度、手术时间以及患者的疼痛及焦虑评分等情况。结果两组术中血压、脉搏比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);B组较A组疼痛评分更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);B组较A组焦虑评分有所下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论白内障超声乳化吸除并人工晶体植入术患者第二次手术时比第一次手术疼痛感增加,焦虑下降。在临床中可以使用相应干预处理,以增加患者满意度。 Objective To investigate the changes of perioperative experience and vital signs in patients with binocular cataract surgery.Methods 100 patients of binocular age-related cataract from January to December 2017 were selected,and phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation were performed at two different times.According to the operation time,the first operation was classified as group A and the second operation as group B.Hemodynamics,pulse,oxygen saturation,operation time,pain and anxiety of the patients were observed.Results The differences in intraoperative blood pressure and pulse between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The pain score in group B was higher than that in group A,which was statistically significant(P<0.05).The anxiety score of group B was lower than that of group A,which was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Patients feel more painful and less anxious in the second operation than the first.Appropriate interventions can be used in the clinic to increase patient satisfaction.
