平衡针灸配合中药外敷治疗20例膝关节损伤的效果观察

Effects of balance acupuncture combined with external application of traditional Chinese medicine on 20 cases of knee joint injury

目的探讨平衡针灸配合中药外敷治疗40例膝关节损伤的效果。方法选取2016年3月~2018年3月膝关节损伤患者40例随机分为观察组和对照组,每组20例,对照组给予中药外敷治疗,观察组采取平衡针灸配合中药外敷治疗方案,于治疗前及治疗后第1、3、6周采用视觉模拟疼痛(VAS)评分法行疼痛程度评分及膝关节功能Lysholm评分,并评定疗效。结果观察组治疗总有效数为19例,对照组治疗总有效数为17例,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗后第1、3、6周观察组疼痛评分均低于对照组,膝关节功能评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论平衡针灸配合中药外敷治疗用于膝关节损伤可明显缓解患者疼痛,改善膝关节功能,疗效显著。

Objective To examine the effects of balance acupuncture combined with external application of traditional Chinese medicine on knee joint injury based on 40 cases.Methods Forty patients with knee injuries,recruited from March 2016 to March 2018,were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,20 patients for each group.Control group was treated with external application of traditional Chinese medicine.Treatment group was treated with balance acupuncture combined with external application of traditional Chinese medicine.Using visual analogue scale(VAS),degree of pain and Lysholm score of knee joint function were measured before treatment,and 1,3,and 6 weeks after treatment,respectively.Results The number of patients that witnessed positive response to treatment was 19 for treatment group and 17 for control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Treatment group had lower pain scores and better knee functions than controls at 1,3,and 6 weeks after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion Balance acupuncture combined with external application of traditional Chinese medicine for knee joint injury can significantly alleviate pain and improve knee function.
