价值共创视角下数字时代档案文献编纂模式研究——基于编纂成果主导的逻辑

Research on the Compilation Model of Archival Documents in the Digital Age from the Perspective of Value Co-creation——Based on the Result-dominant Logic

计算机技术和网络通信的发展极大地改变了传统的档案文献编纂工作模式,同时档案用户多样化、个性化的信息需求也给档案文献编纂工作提出了更高的要求。本文结合价值共创理论,提出档案文献编纂成果主导逻辑模式,详细阐述其主体架构、基本构成和保障措施。该模式的基本构成包括角色模块和管控模块,并由激励、保护、信任、责任、风险控制等措施保障,有利于档案文献编纂的价值创造模式由档案部门单独创造价值转变为档案部门和社会公众共同创造价值,从而更好地适应数字时代档案文献编纂工作的发展并满足档案用户的需求。

The development of computer technology and network communication has greatly changed the traditional compilation model of archival documents.At the same time,the diversified and personalized information needs of archives users have put forward higher requirements for archival documents compilation.Combined with the value co-creation theory,this paper proposes the result-dominant logic model of archival documents compilation,and elaborates its main structure,basic composition and guarantee measures.The basic structure of the model includes the role module and management module,and is guaranteed by measures such as incentive,protection,trust,responsibility and risk control.This model is conducive to the value creation model of archival documents compilation from the independent creation of value by the archives department to the co-creation of value by both the archives department and the public,so as to better adapt to the development of archival documents compilation in the digital age and meet the information needs of archives users.
