高校档案机构设置的现存问题、原因及对策

Existing Problems, Causes and Countermeasures for the Establishment of Archival Institutions in Colleges and Universities

高校档案机构设置不合理,造成档案收集困难,档案人员编制不足,档案经费不能独立,档案馆舍条件不能达标,档案干部职业发展受到限制,各类档案不能集中统一管理。解决这些问题的唯一办法就是,严格执行《高等学校档案管理办法》中的相关规定,建立与学校发展规模相适应的档案机构,让档案工作在学校的发展中发挥更大的作用。

The unreasonable establishment of archival institutions in colleges and universities causes some problems:difficulty in collecting archives,lack of archives personnel,dependent archives funds,nonstandard archives library condition,limited career development of archives staff and disunited management of different kinds of archives.The only solution to these problems is to strictly carry out the relevant regulations of the Measures for the Administration of Archives in the University,to establish archival institutions corresponding to the development of schools,making the archives play a bigger role in university development.
