“互联网+”时代的到来,给档案管理工作带来深远的影响,传统的档案管理工作已不能满足公众的档案需求,在网络信息时代,信息的利用保存对档案工作有着重要的借鉴意义。文章认为面对“互联网+”时代,档案部门应开发信息资源的新方法,具体分析档案管理工作的优势、劣势、机会和挑战,提出几种科学合理的对策,合理促进档案管理工作的健康发展。

The arrival of the"Internet plus"era has exerted a profound impact on archives management and the traditional archives management can no longer meet the public's archival needs.In the era of network information,the use and preservation of information has important reference significance for archives management.The article thinks that facing the Internet plus era,archives department should develop new methods of developing information resources,make a concrete analysis of the strength,weakness,opportunities and challenges of archives management and propose several scientific and reasonable countermeasures to promote the healthy development of archives management.
