基于用户需求的高校重要文件汇编研究

Study on the Compilation of Important Documents in Colleges and Universities Based on Users’ Needs

随着社会的不断进步,高等教育事业的深入发展,高校档案的重要性正日益凸显,广大利用者对档案信息的需求越来越多。如何做好高校档案信息利用是档案工作者需要思考的问题,档案编研正是实现档案利用的重要途径。在深入分析用户需求的基础之上,我校档案工作人员将利用率较高的重要档案文件汇编成册,形成《天津外国语大学重要文件汇编》,在实践中探索高校档案信息服务新路径。

The importance of college and university archives has been becoming increasingly evident and the demand for archives information has also witnessed a build-up with the constant progress of society and the deep development of higher education.Therefore,it is a great priority for archivists to make efficient use of archives in colleges and universities,and the compilation and research on archives pave the way for successful utilization.After an in-depth analysis of the needs of users,archivists of Tianjin Foreign Studies University have compiled those archival documents with relatively high utilization and brought about A Compilation of Important Documents in Tianjin Foreign Studies University.We are prepared to explore a new path in information service of college and university archives.
