智慧校园环境下,高校档案数据海量产生,档案数据利用需求不断增加,档案数据开放正成为学术和实践前沿。推进高校档案数据开放是一项系统工程,必须加强顶层设计、整体谋划。文章从建立健全制度体系、搭建服务平台、完善隐私数据保护、加强宣传推广、开展绩效评价等方面提出高校档案数据开放的推进策略。

Under the smart campus environment,massive university archival data are produced,the demand for archival data utilization is continuously increased,and the archival data opening is becoming academic and practical forefront.It is a systematic project to promote the archival data opening in colleges and universities,and we must strengthen top-level design and overall planning.The article puts forward the strategies of university archival data opening from the aspects of establishing and perfecting the system,establishing service platform,optimizing the protection of privacy data,strengthening publicity and promotion and developing performance evaluation.
