一直以来,档案抢救工作注重的是档案实体的抢救。近年来,档案行业提出了以档案开发带动档案抢救工作的新理念,为档案抢救工作打开了新的思路。而我馆由档案编研工作着手,本着挖掘档案资源的目的,对伪安东海关档案进行了挖掘抢救,刚好契合了这个新的理念。

All along,archives rescue work mainly focuses on the rescue of archives entities.In recent years,the archives industry has put forward a new idea to promote the rescue of archives with the development of archives,which has opened up new ideas for the rescue of archives.Our library excavates and rescues the archives of puppet Andong customs by starting from compiling and studying the archives with excavating archives resources as the purpose,which just corresponds with this new concept.
