摘要
随着高等教育的普及化和国家高等教育政策的调整,广播电视大学曾经担负的“学历补偿”教育任务基本完成,一些基层电大在地方教育资源整合中被合并或改制,地市电大并入当地职业技术学院的情况较多。合并后的地市电大,作为职业技术学院的二级办学机构,在运行过程中原电大教师身份、教学模式、教学时间安排等各方面出现认同差异或现实冲突。本文对此作了比较分析,并提出在新的环境下,电大教师应加强自身修养、提高专业技能,职业技术学院管理部门应正确认识和支持电大成人教育业务。
With the popularization of higher education and the adjustment of national higher education policy,Radio and Television University has basically completed the educational task of"academic compensation".Some grass-roots Radio and Television Universities have been merged or restructured in the integration of local educational resources,and more local Radio and Television Universities have been merged into local vocational and technical colleges.As a secondary school-running institution of Vocational and Technical College,the merged prefectural and municipal RTVUs have different identities or realistic conflicts in the process of operation,such as teachers'identity,teaching mode,teaching time arrangement and so on.This paper makes a comparative analysis and puts forward that under the new environment,RTVU teachers should strengthen their self-cultivation and improve their professional skills,and the management departments of Vocational and technical colleges should correctly recognize and support the adult education business of RTVU.
