试论突发新闻传播中新媒体的独特作用

On the Unique Role of New Media in Burst News Communication

网络新媒体是基于互联网的一种信息传播平台,包括网站、APP、论坛、QQ、博客和微博、微信等。网络新媒体参与突发新闻报道,极大地提升了各级政府处置突发新闻的能力和水平,有力地维护了人民群众的知情权、参与权和监督权。本文在网络性媒体相关理论的基础上,以具体的突发新闻为研究对象,分析了网络新媒体在突发新闻中所起的作用,并针对一些问题提出了相应的应对措施。为后续网络新媒体在突发新闻中发挥更好的新闻作用奠定了基础。

Internet-based new media is an Internet-based information dissemination platform,including websites,APP,forums,QQ,blogs and Weibo,WeChat and so on.The participation of network new media in breaking news reports has greatly improved the ability and level of governments at all levels to deal with breaking news,and has effectively safeguarded the people's right to know,participate in and supervise the news.On the basis of the related theories of network media,this paper analyzes the role of network new media in breaking news,and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures to some problems,taking the specific burst news as the research object and analyzing the role of network new media in breaking news.It lays a foundation for the follow-up network new media to play a better news role in breaking news.
