Research on Planning Scheme of E-commerce Logistics Center

为优化电子商务物流中心的作业流程,降低物流成本,通过对电子商务物流中心功能需求和整体规划布局研究和分析,应用系统设施规划方法和EIQ分析方法实现物流中心的初步设计,包括初期设计策略确定、基础数据分析以及布局规划、作业流程设计、技术选型,最终完成物流中心动线规划图。

For the purpose of optimizing the operation process in e-commerce logistics center and reducing the logistics cost,the paper achieves the preliminary design of logistics center by studying and analyzing the functional requirements and the overall planning layout of e-commerce logistics center and applying the planning method of system facility and EIQ analysis method,including the confirmation of design strategy at the preliminary stage,analysis of basic data and layout planning,design of operation process and model selection of technology,and finally completes the traffic flow planning map of logistics center.
