由点到线再到面的中小企业技术创新策略研究

Research on the Technology Innovation Strategy of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises from Point to Line to Plane

本文首先分析了内源式、外源式和合作式这3种中小企业获取新技术的路径;探讨了新技术、市场需求和企业内部资源这3种技术创新所面临的不确定性,解析了技术因素、市场因素和资源因素这3种选择技术创新策略的考量因素。在此基础上,分析了从事塑料钢模和注塑件制造的G公司的技术创新历程,并依此提炼出了顺应市场需求进行创新、将原有技术寻求新的运用、将多种原有技术应用到新的领域、将新旧技术混合成新的应用、整合内外部资源进行创新等中小企业的技术创新策略,提出了培育核心技术和能力、推行标杆学习积极创新、激发技术创新能量、科学规划创新资金、开展协同创新等对策建议。

Firstly,this paper analyzed three ways of acquiring new technology of small and medium-sized enterprises:endogenous,exogenous and cooperative ways.It discussed the uncertainty faced by three kinds of technological innovation:new technology,market demand and enterprises’internal resources,and analyzed the three factors of considering to choose technological innovation:technology,market and resources.On this basis,this paper discussed the technological innovation process of G company,which is engaged in the manufacturing of plastic steel mold and injection molding parts.The technology innovation strategies were refined,that is,innovating according to market demand;seeking new applications from existing technologies;applying multiple original technologies to new areas;mixing old and new technologies into new applications;integrating internal and external resources for innovation and other SMEs innovation strategy.It also put forward some countermeasures and suggestions,such as building core technologies and capabilities;promoting positive innovation in standard learning;stimulating technological innovation energy;planning innovation funds scientifically;and carrying out collaborative innovation.
