4个藤本月季品种的抗寒性研究 被引量:7

摘要 为比较4个藤本月季品种对低温胁迫的响应机制,于2017年12月下旬对‘大游行’‘金秀娃’‘御用马车’‘光谱’的1 a生枝条进行了冷冻试验,从相同时间不同温度和相同温度不同时间2个方面对其抗寒性进行研究,并测定4个藤本月季品种在低温胁迫下的生理指标及低温处理后恢复生长能力情况,同时利用主成分分析法与隶属性分析法对各个品种的抗寒性进行综合评价。结果表明:相同时间不同温度胁迫下,‘大游行’和‘御用马车’的抗寒最大阈值温度为-30℃、-20~-30℃之间,‘金秀娃’和‘光谱’在-10~-20℃之间;相同温度不同时间胁迫下,‘大游行’‘御用马车’‘金秀娃’‘光谱’可保持生命力的时间分别为48~56 h、40~48 h、40 h、32 h;4个品种中‘大游行’抗寒性最强,‘御用马车’其次,‘金秀娃’和‘光谱’抗寒性接近,相对较差,建议将‘大游行’向河北以北地区引进种植。 To compare the response mechanism of 4 climbing rose varieties to low temperature stress,the cold resistance experiment was conducted in late December 2017 on one-year branches of the Parade,Golden Show,Parkdirektor Riggers,and Spectra.The cold resistance performances under the same time period but different temperatures and the same temperature but different time periods were analyzed.The physiological indices of 4 climbing rose varieties under low temperature stress and their ability to recover after low temperature treatment were determined.At the same time,the main component analysis method and the official attribute analysis method were used to comprehensively evaluate the cold resistance of various varieties.The test results show that,under the same time period but different temperature stresses,the maximum threshold temperatures of cold resistance of Parade and Parkdirektor Riggers are-30°C and-30--20°C.Golden Shower and Spectrum are between-10--20°C.Under the pressure of the same temperature but different time periods,the survival time of Parade,Golden Show,Parkdirektor Riggers,and Spectra are 48-56 h,40-48 h,40 h,and 32 h,respectively.Among the four varieties,Parade has the strongest cold resistance,followed by Parkdirektor Riggers;Golden Shower and Spectrum have similar cold resistance,which are relatively poor.It is proposed that Parade be introduced into north of Hebei.
