摘要 建立超声萃取-气相色谱串联四级杆质谱法测定土壤中的六六六和滴滴涕的方法,实验表明:六六六、滴滴涕在0.02~0.1mg/kg下有较好的回收率,均在75%~90%之间,标准曲线在浓度0.02~0.5mg/L中呈良好的线性关系。并且通过分析土壤中不同的酸碱性对六六六和滴滴涕的加标回收,得出在中性条件下六六六、滴滴涕的回收比较稳定,强酸或强碱性土壤对六六六、滴滴涕加标回收都有影响。 An ultrasonic extraction-gas chromatography-tandem quadrupole mass spectrometer for the determination of BHC and DDT was established.The conclusion shows that:BHC and DDT have a good recovery rate of 0.02-0.1 mg/kg between 75%and 90%.The standard curve shows a good linear relationship at a concentration of 0.02-0.5 mg/L.By adding different acid and alkali in the soil to the standard recovery of BHC and DDT,it is concluded that the recovery of BHC and DDT is quite stable under neutral conditions,and the strong acid or strong alkaline soil has an effect on the standard recovery of BHC and DDT.
