医学分子生物学CRISPR基因编辑与社会法规的进步与完善

CRISPR/Cas Gene Editing in Medical Biology and Progress and Perfection of Social Regulations

利用CRISPR基因技术体系进行精密编辑,标志着人类攻克遗传疾病在理论上已进入新阶段,临床应用已有了实质性的突破,对促进人类健康和社会的和谐具有重大意义。本文对该技术在临床的应用、社会影响、西方国家对该技术社会伦理道德的界定和法律法规的发展,以及CRISPR精密编辑技术对科研与社会伦理道德范畴的精细化进行了探讨。CRISPR在生殖生物学领域的应用,将导致生物医学领域发生社会发展的重大变革。CRISPR精准基因编辑和干细胞技术的巨大科研前景和商业价值,可能会带来一系列的问题。CRISPR基因精密编辑在生物医学中的应用对社会、对各级医疗机构、医学院校和研究机构均有重要的影响,卫生主管部门应借鉴国际上相关做法,制定科学研究伦理道德的相关政策法规,使中国在医学分子生物学领域作出应有的贡献。

We first briefly introduced the current application of CRISPR/Cas gene editing system for diagnostics of human genetic diseases. Promising progress encourages multiple clinic trial on human reproduction system even in human embryo and generated society attention on its ethical and moral issues. The most recent progress on human embryo targeting on HIV/ADIS promotes urgent ethical issue changeling international regulation. Then, CRISPR gene precise editing will generate tremendous effect on reproduction biology. The consequent event would change the situation of moral principle and modernization of the principle would be strongly compensated by this CRISPR technology. Our society should arrange on mastering its future by generating most effective policy and regulation on related moral principle.
