上海市某综合性医院志愿服务效果评价

Voluntary Service Evaluation in a General Hospital in Shanghai City

目的:通过对医院志愿服务效果评价,为进一步优化医院志愿服务工作提供参考。方法:采用自编问卷,调查93名医院志愿者和100名患者/家属对医院志愿服务评价和满意度,运用方差、卡方检验等进行统计分析。结果:有88.2%志愿者与88.9%患者/家属认为志愿服务对医院/患者有帮助。医院志愿服务组织管理工作、岗位设置、服务态度、服务能力评价得分均在1.94分以上,满意率均在93.0%以上。对培训机制、宣传工作、激励机制等项目的得分及满意率较低。结论:对医院志愿服务的评价较高,但培训、宣传、激励等方面有待改进。

Objective:To provide scientific instructions for the hospital volunteer work by evaluating the satisfaction rate of current voluntary service.Methods:93 volunteers and 100 patients/families was investigated in terms of service dimensions with the self-made questionnaire survey.The data were analyzed statistically by chi-square test,one-way ANOVA and so on.Results:88.2%of volunteers and 88.9%of patients/families agreed that the hospital voluntary service brings positive results.The scores of organization and management,post setting,service attitude and service capability of voluntary service are all over 1.94,the satisfaction rates were all above 93.0%,and they are higher than those of training system,propaganda work and incentive mechanism.Conclusion:Most of the respondents speak highly of voluntary service in the hospital.The work of training,propaganda and motivation needs to be further strengthened.
