摘要
目的:探讨护理人员心理资本对工作满意度的影响,为提高护理人员工作满意度以及医院服务质量提供依据。方法:通过问卷调查收集数据,利用描述性统计分析、独立样本t检验、单因素方差分析及多元逐步回归分析,探索北京市某口腔医院282名护理人员心理资本与工作满意度之间的关系。结果:护理人员心理资本总均分(3.70±0.40),工作满意度总均分(3.85±0.52);在编制和科室类别上,护理人员工作满意度差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);心理资本与工作满意度呈显著正相关(P<0.01);多元逐步回归结果显示科室类别、希望和乐观进入模型。结论:护理人员心理资本水平越高,工作满意度越高。
Objective:To explore the influence of psychological capital on job satisfaction of nurses,so as to provide basis for improving the level of job satisfaction and the service quality of nurses.Methods:The cross-sectional questionnaire survey was used to collect data,and the relationship between psychological capital and the job satisfaction was explored by statistical analysis among 282 nurses in a deutal hospital in Beijing City.Results:The total average score of psychological capital was(3.70±0.40),the score of job satisfaction was(3.85±0.52).The difference in job satisfaction of nurses between establishment and department category was statistically significant(P<0.05).The overall psychological capital as well as efficacy,hope,resilience,optimism and job satisfaction were positively correlated(P<0.01).Multivariate stepwise regression analysis showed that department category,hope and optimism enter the regression model.Conclusion:The higher the level of psychological capital of nurses,the higher the job satisfaction.
