不同烤烟品种(系)在凉山烟区的适应性研究

Adaptability of Different Flue-cured Tobacco Varieties (Lines) in Liangshan Tobacco-growing Area

[目的]比较云烟100、云烟116、川烟1号、CF228等品种(系)在凉山烟区的适应性,为凉山烟叶生产的后备种子资源提供依据。[方法]于2018年2—10月在凉山州会理县以当地主栽品种云烟87为对照(CK),进行4个品种(系)适应性研究试验,探明试验品种(系)的主要生育期、植物学性状、农艺性状、抗病性、外观质量以及经济性状。[结果]川烟1号、CF228主要生育期、植物学性状、农艺性状、抗病性、外观质量以及经济性状等方面均优于或相当于当地主栽品种云烟87(CK)。[结论]川烟1号、CF228适宜在凉山烟区种植,具备大面积推广的潜力,但还需进一步在内在化学成分分析和感官评吸方面进行分析。

[Objective]To compare the adaptability of Yunyan100,Yunyan116,Chuanyan No.1 and CF228 in Liangshan tobacco-growing area,and to provide basis for reserve seed resources of Liangshan tobacco production.[Method]With Yunyan 87 as the control (CK),four varieties (lines) were tested in Huili County of Liangshan Prefecture from February to October2018,in order to identify the main growth stages,botanical characters,agronomic traits,disease resistance,appearance quality and economic characters of the tested varieties (lines).[Result]The main growth stages,botanical characters,agronomic traits,disease resistance,appearance quality and economic characters of Chuanyan No.1 and CF228 were superior to or equivalent to Yunyan 87 (CK).[Conclusion]Chuanyan No.1 and CF228 are suitable for planting in Liangshan tobacco-growing area and have the potential to be popularized in a large area. However,it is necessary to further explore and analyze their chemical composition and sensory evaluation.
