摘要
采用4种不同营养液对生菜进行槽式气雾法栽培,通过对生菜长势和生理指标检测和分析,研究适宜的雾培生菜营养液配方,为今后生菜工厂化生产提供参考。结果表明,供试的4个雾培营养液配方对生菜生理指标影响差异显著。其中,营养液4配方种植的生菜具有较高叶片数、叶面积、茎粗,且叶绿素含量前期增长较快,是该试验条件下最适合生菜气雾栽培的营养液配方。
Through four different kinds of nutrient solutions, the lettuce was cultured in a trough-type aerosol method. Through the detection and analysis of the growth and physiological indexes of lettuce, the suitable formula of the nutrient solution of aerosol cultivation lettuce was studied, hoping to improve the production of lettuce in the future. The results showed that there were significant differences in the effects of the four kinds of nutrient solution formulas on the physiological indexes of lettuce. Among them, lettuce grown in nutrient solution 4 formula had a high number of leaves, leaf area, stem diameter, and the early growth of chlorophyll content was relatively fast, which was the most suitable nutrient solution formula for lettuce cultivation under this experimental condition.
