摘要
以不同浓度GA3(0、250、500、1000mg/L)和PP333(0、500、1000、2000mg/L)以及PP333在喷施GA3后的时间(2、,4、6、8d)进行3因素4水平的正交试验,研究GA3和PP333对大花金鸡菊植株高度及开花的影响。结果表明,最佳组合是多效唑1000mg/L,GA3500mg/L,多效唑施用时间是GA3喷施后第4天。
This paper mainly discussed effects of different concentrations of GA 3 and PP 333 on plant height and blooming of Coreopsis grandiflora. Through the orthogonal experiment of three factors and four levels at different concentrations of GA 3 (0,250,500,1 000 mg/L) and PP 333 (0,500,1 000,2 000 mg/L) and PP 333 application time (2,4,6,8 d) after spraying GA 3.The results showed that the optimum combination was PP 333 1 000 mg/L,GA 3 500 mg/L,and PP 333 was sprayed after four days of GA 3 treating.
