摘要
[目的]探讨不同种类竹笋蛋白的抗癌活性。[方法]采用植物活性蛋白提取试剂盒提取竹笋蛋白,CCK-8法检测不同浓度竹笋蛋白对胃癌细胞SGC-7901和结肠癌细胞HCT-116的增殖抑制作用,72h后显微拍照记录细胞生长情况,并计算IC50值。[结果]12种竹笋蛋白在体外均可强效抑制胃癌细胞SGC-7901和结肠癌细胞HCT-116的增殖,但抑制效果并不完全相同,在一定范围内,其抑制率与浓度呈正相关,呈现一定的剂量-效应关系。[结论]12种竹笋蛋白对肿瘤细胞,如胃癌细胞SGC-7901和结肠癌细胞HCT-116的增殖均有显著的抑制作用,为今后进一步研发竹笋源的低毒、高效的抗肿瘤药物奠定基础。
[Objective] The research aimed to investigate the anticancer activity of proteins of different species of bamboo shoots.[Method]The proteins of bamboo shoots were extracted with the plant active protein extraction kit.CCK-8 assay was used to detect the inhibitory effect of proteins of bamboo shoots with different concentrations on the proliferation of gastric cancer cell SGC-7901 and colon cancer cell HCT-116.After 72 h,the growth of cells was observed and photographed by microscope,and its IC 50 value was calculated.[Result]All proteins of the 12 kinds of bamboo shoots could strongly inhibit the proliferation of gastric cancer cell SGC-7901 and colon cancer cell HCT-116 in vitro,but the inhibitory effect was not completely the same.Within a certain range,the inhibitory rate was positively correlated with the concentration,showing a certain dose-effect relationship.[Conclusion]All proteins of the 12 kinds of bamboo shoot have significant inhibitory effects on the proliferation of tumor cells,such as gastric cancer cell SGC-7901 and colon cancer cell HCT-116,which provide a foundation for further research and development of the low toxicity and high efficiency anti-tumor drugs from bamboo shoots.
