摘要 [目的]建立一种简单、快捷测定调味油中工业染料罗丹明B的方法。[方法]样品经甲醇超声提取,高速离心,上清液经0.22μm膜过滤后进高效液相色谱C18柱分离,荧光检测器检测。[结果]罗丹明B在5~500ng/mL范围内线性关系良好(相关系数R2为0.9999),检出限为5μg/kg,回收率为89.2%~93.5%,相对标准偏差为1.7%(n=6)。[结论]该法操作简便、准确、重现性好,可用于调味油中非法添加物罗丹明B含量的测定。 [Objective] The study established a simple and quick determination method of the industrial dye rhodamine B in flavoring oil.[Method] The sample was extracted with methanol ultrasonic and high speed centrifugation. The upper cleaning liquid was filtered by 0.22 μm membrane and then separated by high performance liquid chromatography C 18 column, and the fluorescence detector was detected.[Result] The results showed that rhodamine B had good relationship between 5-500 ng/mL (correlation coefficient R2=0.999 9), and the detection limit was 5 μg/kg, and the recovery rate was 89.2%-93.5%. The relative standard deviation was 1.7%( n =6).[Conclusion] The method is simple, accurate and reproducible, and can be used for the determination of the content of illegally added rhodamine B in flavoring oil.
