基于模流分析技术的冷水壶注塑模具设计

Design of Injection Mold for Cold Water Kettle based on Mold Flow Analysis Technology

以冷水壶注塑件为例,应用Moldex3D模流分析技术,依据模流分析结果状态和色阶统计比例,获知产品在模内成型过程中的各种数据状态,预见了注塑产品可能存在的问题与缺陷,验证了模流分析系统的合理性,并作为模具结构设计的主要参考依据。实践证明,该方法不仅能有效缩短注塑制品的开发周期,而且能提升产品的成型质量,降低不良品的机率,为类似产品模具设计提供参考。

taking the injection molded parts of cold kettle as an example, this paper applies Moldex3D mold flow analysis technology, according to the state diagram of the result of mold flow analysis and the color scale diagram, obtains all kinds of data states of the product in the process of forming in the mold, and foresees the possible problems and defects of the injection molding product. It confirms the validity of the model flow analysis system and provides a reference for rational structure design of injection mold. The practice shows that this method can not only shorten the development period of injection molding products, but also improve the molding quality of products, reduce the probability of bad products, and provide a reference for mold design of similar products.
