摘要 针对安徽省节能减排绩效评价的问题,从安徽省各地级市节能减排绩效评价和安徽省全省节能减排发展趋势两方面入手,借助MAXDEA软件,采用数据包络分析的方法,对安徽省节能减排发展绩效做出评价,评价结果显示:黄山市位居第一,全省节能减排绩效呈现由差变好的发展趋势。之后,采用系统聚类的方法,将安徽省16个地市分为四类,具体分析各类别的共性和差异。最后,为助力安徽省打好“污染防治”攻坚战,对安徽省今后的绿色发展提出相关的政策建议。 With the development and progress of society, the idea of energy saving and emission reduction is becoming more and more popular. Aiming at performance evaluation of the energy saving and emission reduction in Anhui Province, this paper starts with the performance evaluation of energy saving and emission reduction in various cities of Anhui Province and the development trend of energy saving and emission reduction in the province, and adopts data envelopment analysis with the help of MXADEA software. The evaluation results show that Huangshan City ranks the first and the performance of energy saving and emission reduction in Anhui Province is beginning to turns out to be good. After that, 16 cities in Anhui Province are divided into four categories by systematic clustering, and the similarities of each category are analyzed in detail. Finally, this paper puts forward some related policy suggestions concerning green development in order to help Anhui Province to win in the battle.
