摘要
在Maxwell软件中建立了阀用直流电磁铁的仿真模型,分析了两种磁性材料对电磁铁吸力的影响,用电磁铁性能测试实验验证了仿真结果,结果表明:导磁材料全部由DT4C构成的电磁铁吸力最大,部分纯铁既有较大的电磁吸力,外壳又具有一定强度,全部20#钢由于吸力不足不适合做电磁铁。
A simulation model of the solenoid for hydraulic valve is established in Maxwell software.The effects of two magnetic materials on electromagnetic force are analyzed.The simulation results are verified by experiment of electromagnet.The results show that solenoids in which all magnetic materials consist of DT4C have the highest force.Solenoid consist of DT4C and 20# steel have enough force,whose shell has a certain strength.Solenoid whose all magnetic materials are 20# steel is not recommended due to lack of force.
