摘要 筒形阀作为一种新型的电站主进水阀,其结构紧凑,布置简洁,不需要设置专门的阀室,大幅降低了水电站基础投资,经济效益十分明显。但受限于传统设计思维,筒形阀不能作为机组的检修阀门,检修时需要采用快速阀门断水拆机,会造成资源浪费和维护成本增加。为突破传统设计思维,利用TRIZ理论,对筒形阀进行创新设计,使其能作为单管多机的带检修功能的筒形阀,为电站节约建设资金,节省检修周期,增加发电效益。 As a new main inlet valve of power station, the cylindrical valve is relatively simple and compact.It does not need special valve room, which reduces the investment of the foundation, so the economic benefit is remarkable. However, due to the traditional design thinking, the cylindrical valve can not be used as the maintenance valve of the unit, because it must be dismantled when overhauling, which results in waste of resources and increase of cost. By using the TRIZ theory, the cylindrical valve is designed as a maintenance valve in the station where several units used one penstock, to save the construction fund and maintenance period, and increase the benefit of the power generation.
