摘要
为了实现外部工时审核流程的无纸化办公,并利于工时统计与公司监管,东方锅炉联合开发了一种基于结构化数据的外部工时审核系统。首先整个系统采用C#开发,外部厂家采用B/S、内部采用C/S方式进行数据交互。其次,建立结构化数据库,便于数据维护和处理。最后,建立工时定额数据模型,利用计算机辅助制定工时,从而提高工作质量和效率。
Dongfang boiler jointly develops an auditing system based on structured data for external process in order to realize paperless office, count and supervise the man-hour. Firstly, this system is developed by C#. The external interface adopts B/S structure while the internal interface adopting C/S structure to interact data. Secondly, structured database is constructed to save and processing data. Finally, the mathematical model of man-hour is established to assist to calculate with computer, thus quality and efficiency of work are both improved.
