摘要 近年来,个人信用报告自助查询机作为扩展个人信用报告查询渠道、方便社会大众、分流人行征信柜台查询压力的重要途径,赢得了大家的高度认可,得到了迅速发展和普及。然而,在其提供便捷服务的同时,也暴露出不少问题。本文以全国地市级查询量第二,首批个人信用报告自助查询机试点城市株洲为例,对个人信用报告自助查询机的服务现状、有关问题进行深度剖析,并提出相关改进建议,以期完善个人信用报告自助查询机的性能和管理,提供更优质的服务。 Recent years, as an important way to expand the channel of personal credit report inquiry, to make it convenient for the public and to divert the pressure from the credit information counter of the people’s bank of China,the self-service inquiry machine for personal credit report has won high recognition from the public and gained rapid development and popularity.However, it also exposes many problems,while providing convenient services.Based on the national level query volume 2, the first personal credit report self-help gets to pilot city zhuzhou for example, The service status and related problems of personal credit report self-service inquiry machine are analyzed in depth, and relevant improvement Suggestions.In order to improve the personal credit report self-service inquiry machine performance and management, to provide better service.
