金融机构处置机制的国际做法借鉴及启示

International Practice of Financial Institution Disposal Mechanism and Its Enlightenment

在上一轮国际金融危机爆发后,西方国家特别是美国能够在短时间内稳定本国金融体系,金融机构处置机制发挥了重要作用。后危机时代如何解决“大而不倒”问题,实现系统重要性金融机构的有效处置,成为危机后国际金融监管改革的重要发力点。本文对有效处置机制的国际做法进行了梳理,并对我国金融机构处置机制存在的问题进行了探讨,以期能为我国金融机构处置工作提出建议。

After the outbreak of the last international financial crisis, Western countries, especially the United States,can stabilize their financial system in a short time,the disposal mechanism of financial institutions has played an important role.In the post-crisis era, how to solve the problem of "big but not fail" and how to effectively deal with systemically important financial institutions has become an important driving force for the reform of international financial supervision after the crisis.In this paper, the international practice of effective disposal mechanism is sorted out,and the existing problems of China’s financial institutions disposal mechanism are discussed, with a view to providing suggestions for China’s financial institutions disposal work.
