摘要 近些年随着风机变频技术的不断发展完善,变频调速已被公认为最理想、最有发展前景的调速方式之一,其节能效果为众多企业带来了可观的经济效益。但在实际使用过程中,风机变频装置运行的稳定性往往差强人意,因此很多电厂采用工、变频自动切换系统来减少变频器意外跳闸对机组运行造成的影响。详细论述了为实现工、变频自动切换而进行的一系列调整试验工作,由动作情况可见,锅炉各参数基本稳定,机组可稳定运行,为其他电厂该功能的实现提供借鉴。 With the continuous development and improvement of fan frequency conversion technology in recent years, frequency conversion speed regulation has been recognized as one of the most ideal and promising speed regulation methods. With its excellent energy-saving effect, it has brought considerable economic benefits to many enterprises. But in the actual use process, the fan frequency conversion device operation stability is often unsatisfactory.So many power plants use power frequency and frequency conversion automatic switching system to reduce the impact of frequency conversion device accidental trip. This paper describes in detail a series of adjustment tests carried out to achieve automatic switching between power frequency and frequency conversion which provides reference for other power plants to realize this function.
