提高EH油系统施工工艺的方法

汽轮机调节保安油系统EH油系统较为复杂,厂家及设计院均未提供具体的安装图纸。EH油管道安装区域环境复杂,施工难度较大,多数电厂汽轮机调节保安油系统EH油管道安装因布置不合理返工造成施工工艺差、EH油管道的清洁度差,致使安装好的EH油管道杂乱,同时增加了EH油系统油循环的工期。通过660MW汽轮机调节保安系统EH油管道施工工序及EH油管道的安装经验,阐述了调节保安系统EH油管道的安装工艺及质量控制,可减少施工返工,提高工作效率,节约材料资源,降低安装成本,保证了汽轮发电机组的安全稳定运行。

EH oil system of steam turbine regulation and safety oil system is complex.Neither the manufacturer nor the design institute has provided specific installation drawings.The installation area of EH oil pipeline is complex and difficult to construct. The unreasonable installation of EH oil pipeline in steam turbine regulation and the safety oil system in most power plants result in poor construction technology and poor cleanliness of EH oil pipeline.It results in disorder of EH oil pipeline installed which increasing the construction period of oil cycle in EH oil system.This paper describes the construction process and installation experience of EH oil pipeline of 660 MW steam turbine regulation and security system.The installation technology and quality control of EH oil pipeline for regulating security system are expounded.It can reduce construction rework,improve work efficiency,save material resources,reduce installation cost and can ensure the safe and stable operation of turbogenerator units.
