摘要 从应用型本科院校的人才培养目标出发,结合地方高校的办学定位,提出了以学生为中心,将“成果导向”(OBE,Outcome-based education)教育模式与“问题导向”(PBL,Problem-based learning)教学法相结合,根据行业能力需求反向构建具有应用型特色的课程体系,而后通过PBL教学法正向实施课程教学来实现地方高校教育范式由“知识”范式向“能力”范式的转变。研究表明,OBE教育模式与PBL教学法的有机结合,可以切实提高人才培养质量,是实现地方应用型本科院校教育范式转变的一种行之有效的方法。 Starting from the cultivating objectives of the application-oriented universities,combined with the school-running orientation of them,a method of student-centered and combining the outcome-based education(OBE)and problem-based learning(PBL)is suggested.In order to realized the paradigm shift of local university education from“knowledge”paradigm to“capability”paradigm,the course system with application-oriented features is structured reversely according to industry capability requirements,and then implements the course teaching through the PBL teaching method.It is found that the combination of OBE education mode and PBL teaching method can effectively improve the quality of talent cultivation and educational efficiency,and it is an effective method to realize the transformation of education paradigm in local application-oriented universities.
