不同等级浑源黄芪中黄芪多糖含量对比研究

摘要 目的:本文以黄芪多糖做为黄芪质量标准的指标之一,探讨其含量与现有黄芪等级划分是否相关。方法:正交试验优选提取条件:20倍量水,回流提取3次,1h/次;采用苯酚-硫酸比色法测定含量。结果:浑源黄芪中黄芪多糖含量随一、二、三、四级等级降低而升高,各等级中黄芪多糖与黄芪现行的等级划分不成正向相关。结论:就多糖而言,黄芪多糖的含量高低趋势不完全支持现有的等级划分。产业化提取黄芪多糖,应选择价格比较低的毛条(四级),这样可以更充分利用有限的药材资源和地质资源,提高黄芪基地的经济效益和社会效益。 Objective:To explore the relevance between the content of APS and existing quality grade of Hunyuan radix Astragali,APS used as one of the quality criteria of Astragalus membranaceus.Methods:Orthogonal test was used to optimize the extraction conditions:20 times of water,reflux extraction 3 times,1 h/time;phenol-sulfuric acid colorimetric method was used to determine the content.Results:The content of Astragalus Polysaccharide in Hunyuan Astragalus increased with the decrease of grade 1,2,3 and 4.There was no positive correlation between astragalus polysaccharide and the current classification of astragalus.T.Conclusions:As far as polysaccharides are concerned,the trend of the content of Astragalus Polysaccharides does not fully support the existing classification.In order to extract polysaccharides from Astragalus membranaceus industrially,we should choose the wool with lower price(grade 4),so that we can make full use of the limited resources of medicinal materials and geology,and improve the economic and social benefits of the Astragalus membranaceus base.
