沙参麦冬汤联合碘[131I]化钠口服溶液对甲状腺癌术后患者的临床疗效

Clinical effects of Shashen Maidong Decoction combined with Sodium iodide [131I] Oral Solution on postoperative patients with thyroid cancer

目的观察沙参麦冬汤联合碘[131I]化钠口服溶液对甲状腺癌术后患者的临床疗效。方法 76例患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组38例,对照组给予碘[131I]化钠口服溶液,观察组在对照组基础上加用沙参麦冬汤,疗程14 d。然后,检测中医证候疗效、卡氏功能状态(KPS)评分、T淋巴细胞亚群(CD3^+、CD4^+、CD8^+、CD4^+/CD8^+)、血清炎症因子(IL-1、IL-6、TNF-α、Hs-CRP)、血清肿瘤标志物(CA50、CA125、CEA、TG)变化。结果与对照组比较,观察组中医证候疗效、KPS评分、CD3^+、CD4^+、CD4^+/CD8^+显著升高(P<0.05,P<0.01),CD8^+、血清炎症因子、血清肿瘤标志物显著降低(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论沙参麦冬汤联合碘[131I]化钠口服溶液可有效改善甲状腺癌术后患者生活质量,增强免疫功能,减轻炎症反应,降低血清肿瘤标志物水平。

AIM To observe the clinical effects of Shashen Maidong Decoction combined with Sodium iodide [131I] Oral Solution on postoperative patients with thyroid cancer.METHODS Seventy-six patients were randomly divided into control group(38 cases) for 14-day administration of Sodium iodide [131I] Oral Solution, and observation group(38 cases) for 14-day administration of Shashen Maidong Decoction and Sodium iodide [131I] Oral Solution. Subsequently, the changes in TCM syndrome curative effect, Kamofsky performance status(KPS) score, T lymphocyte subsets(CD3^+, CD4^+, CD8^+, CD4^+/CD8^+), serum inflammatory factors(IL-1, IL-6, TNF-α, Hs-CRP) and serum tumor markers(CA50, CA125, CEA, TG) were detected.RESULTS Compared with the control group, the observation group demonstrated significantly increased TCM syndrome curative effect, KPS score, CD3^+, CD4^+ and CD4^+/CD8^+(P<0.05, P<0.01), and markedly decreased CD8+, serum inflammatory factors and serum tumor markers(P<0.05, P<0.01).CONCLUSION For the postoperative patients with thyroid cancer, Shashen Maidong Decoction combined with Sodium iodide [131I] Oral Solution can effectively improve life quality, enhance immune functions, alleviate inflammatory responses, and reduce serum tumor marker levels.
