摘要
战略供应商选择事关供应商参与的新产品开发绩效。结合新产品开发流程不同阶段特征,建立了战略供应商选择的多层次评价指标体系,包括3个一级指标和11个二级指标;然后运用层次分析法(AHP)确定了各级指标在新产品开发不同阶段下的相对重要性权重;最后以智能家居企业为实例,运用所设计的指标体系对参与其新产品开发的战略供应商进行分层次的模糊综合评价(FCE),初步验证了该评价指标体系的适用性和有效性,可以为我国制造企业在新产品开发不同阶段战略供应商的选择提供一些参考。
Strategic supplier selection concerns new product development performance which suppliers involved.Considering the character of new product development processes at different stages,this paper establishes the evaluation index system of the strategic suppliers,which consists of three primary indicators and eleven secondary indicators.Then,we use analytic hierarchy process(AHP)to determine the relative importance weights of those hierarchy indicators at different stages of new product development,and conduct a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation based on a smart home manufacturer with whom strategic supplier participates in the new product development.The validity of the index system is confirmed by the research findings.The paper provides useful guidance for enterprise during strategic supplier selection and evaluation in the new product development project.
