提前期不确定的通用物料安全库存策略研究

A Study on Indefinite Lead Time-based Safety Stock Strategy of Component Materials

安全库存量会随着提前期的改变而成规律性的变化,通用物料又存在需求点多,需求数量总和不确定的特点。文章分析了安全库存的影响因素及因素的不确定性,研究了通用物料不确定的提前期与安全库存量之间的关系,通过数学分析建立提前期与安全库存之间的函数表达式,得出改变影响提前期的相关因素控制安全库存的结论,总结出降低安全库存的提前期管理策略。

The paper analyzes the relationship between lead time and the safety stock of component materials,establishes a function on the basis of such relationship.Based on the mathematical analysis,the conclusion is reached that the safety stock can be controlled by controlling the factors concerned with lead time.The end,it set up some rules for safety stock management with lead time.
