摘要
为了科学合理地评价航空网络结构节点的重要性,该文提出了基于熵权的逼近理想解排序(TOPSIS)法分别从机场连通性、机场服务质量、机场运营规模、机场未来发展4个方面对新疆自治区内12个航空运输网络节点进行了评价。研究表明:乌鲁木齐地窝堡机场、吐鲁番机场、伊宁机场3个机场重要性评分相对较高。该方法克服传统的TOPSIS法在确定评价指标权重因子时采用专家意见打分造成主观因素的影响,结果合理,可以为未来新疆航空网络布局规划提供主要对象参考。
In order to scientifically and rationally evaluate the importance of the structure nodes in air network.In this paper,TOPSIS method based on entropy weight is proposed to evaluate the structural nodes of Xinjiang air transport network from four aspects:airport connectivity,airport service quality,airport operation scale and future development.The study showing that:the significance scores of Urumqi diwobao airport,turpan airport and yining airport are relatively good.This method overcame the impact of subjective factors caused by experts who determined the weight factors of evaluation indexes in the traditional TOPSIS method.Its results are reasonable and can be used as a reference for Xinjiang aviation network layout planning in the future.
