研究生教育是高等教育的重要内容。研究生奖助学金制度在一定程度上映射出研究生教育导向,影响研究生教育质量。加强研究生奖助学金体系化建设,需要立足学生评价的目的、过程、效果三个环节,通过分类引导、奖助分离、科学评定、跟踪反馈及队伍建设五个维度,进行全面而整体思考,充分激发研究生奖助学金的实际效能。

Postgraduate education is an important part in higher education. To some extent, the system of graduate scholarship and grants reflects the orientation of postgraduate education and affects the quality of postgraduate education. Strengthen the systematization of graduate scholarship and grants, we should focus on the purpose, process and effectiveness of student evaluation, and have a comprehensive and holistic view of five dimensions: categorized guidance, separation of scholarship and grants, scientific evaluation, follow-up feedback and team construction, so as to stimulate the actual effectiveness of graduate scholarship and grants.
